The grading system for pearls often includes the AAA-A scale, with AAA being the highest quality. For a pearl to be characterized as AAA, it must meet the following criteria:

Luster: AAA pearls have excellent luster, meaning they possess a bright, mirror-like shine. Luster is one of the most important qualities of pearls as it affects their overall appearance and value.

Surface Quality: AAA pearls have very few surface imperfections. They are at least 95% free of blemishes, with any imperfections being small and hard to see without close inspection.

Color: AAA pearls exhibit a uniform color with minimal variation. The color can range depending on the type of pearl (e.g., white, black, pink, or golden), but consistency in color is a key factor.

Avoid exposure to direct heat, liquids, perfumes, or any harsh chemicals.
Remove jewelry when bathing, exercising, sleeping, or cleaning.
Gently clean with a soft non abrasive cloth as needed.
